Come and join us for a dynamic yoga session at Barsha Pond Park! Our practice will involve moving through a continuous flow of postures, connecting with your breath as you go. The flow is designed to help you improve your overall strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
After yoga, we'll gather together for a tea ceremony and enjoy some delicious freshly prepared snacks. So bring your yoga mat, an open mind and appetite.
The best part is that parking is free and entrance to the park is also free. The yoga session will be held at the Barsha Pond Park - Gate 3. Just enter through Gate 3, take a right, and keep walking on the red jogging track for about 2 minutes until you reach the 900m mark on the track.
