Experiences from event

The Ripe Market at Dubai Police Academy Park is returning with revised timings for the latest season. Join the crowds for a weekend-only shopping experience filled with artisan vendors, food trucks, and a diverse range of products. From fashion to art, homeware, jewelry, food, and more, there is something for everyone.

You can find organic and non-organic produce, hydroponic items, and freshly made products such as baked bread, labneh, olives and more, all from hand-selected merchants. Treat your taste buds with offerings from popular eateries like Boston Lane Cafe, Pizza Di Rocco, Fifth Flavour, and Calipoke.

In addition to shopping, the market provides entertainment for all ages, including live performances, open mic sessions, craft workshops, yoga classes, and much more, all in an outdoor setting. Enjoy a fun-filled day for the whole family.

Our review

Family place with lots of activites for kids, some for ladies and none for men. Food court with the average for Dubai prices. Pros - Possibility to buys some fruits/vegs for a nice price. - Some offer free food samples. - Not too crowdy. - There are different activities (mainly for kids), most aren't free. Ticket to pet-an-animal center is 2 times more expensive for kids, for example (35 dhm). - Easy parking with a lot of space. - 5-10 min walk from public transportation. - It doesn't look like someone checks for tickets, though the price is symbolical. Cons - Food court is mainly "light", hard to find a proper meal. - Literally nothing to do if you're without kids and don't want to eat or buy something.
