Description

The jazz community is excited to announce its first jazz jam session of 2023! All music enthusiasts, both musicians and listeners alike, are welcome to join in on the fun.

The event will take place on Sunday, January 29th and will begin at 2:00 PM (approximate) and will continue into the evening. The venue for the event will be at Fujiya Downtown at the Swiss Hotel. Please be sure to reach out to the host to confirm your RSVP.

Not only will attendees get to enjoy the beautiful music, but they can also indulge in a delicious house beverage and food from the restaurant. There is no entry fee, however, attendees will be responsible for paying for whatever they order.

The jazz community is made up of amateur musicians who are passionate about music and jamming together. We ask for everyone's respect and positive attitude towards all musicians' performances. We do not tolerate any negative criticism of amateur performances, let's just enjoy the music together!

All are welcome, musicians and non-musicians, and friends as well. However, since this is a private event, it is requested that you send a reservation beforehand to the host otherwise you may not be allowed to enter the venue.

If you are a musician planning to participate in the jam session, don't forget to bring your instrument! Real books will be available, but it is recommended to also bring your own scores if you wish to jam in a more structured manner. If you would like the tune list before the event, please reach out to the host.
