🙏🏻 FREE BEACH YOGA IS BACK 🙏🏻

Free Beach Yoga returns to Ladies Day on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30-10.30am. Doors open at 9am.

No need to reserve, just come down on the day. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Requirements and tips

To enhance your comfort during the session, please bring your own yoga mat. This will ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Please note that this event is for individuals aged 21 and above.
