Come practice Tai Chi and Shaolin Kung Fu with Chinese Kung Fu Masters on a beautiful weekend afternoon. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that involves defense training, health benefits, and meditation. It is a fist system based on the dynamic relationship between polarities (Yin and Yang). Shaolin Kung Fu, on the other hand, is one of the oldest, largest, and most famous styles of Kung Fu. It combines Ch'an philosophy and martial arts, and it was developed in the Shaolin temple in Henan province, China.
