Join us for a peaceful and energizing morning as we share the rich traditions of Chinese Martial Arts β including Qigong and Tai Chi, guided by experienced Chinese Masters.
This non-profit community event is open to everyone interested in mindfulness, health, and martial arts. Whether youβre a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this is a great way to connect with like-minded people and learn from authentic instructors.

Start your Sunday with movement, meditation, and meaning. Hereβs the flow of the day:

- Qigong Breathing & Meditation
- Qigong Warm-Up + Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades)
- Tai Chi 24 Forms β Yang Style (Group Practice)
- Beginner Group: Review and learn new Level 1 Tai Chi forms
- Advanced Group: Weapon-specific training with instructor guidance
- Group Photo & Social Time
π§ Weather permitting, weβll also have an optional outdoor yoga session after the main practice.

- Reusable water bottle (refill station available)
