Join us for a peaceful and energizing morning as we share the rich traditions of Chinese Martial Arts β€” including Qigong and Tai Chi, guided by experienced Chinese Masters.

This non-profit community event is open to everyone interested in mindfulness, health, and martial arts. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this is a great way to connect with like-minded people and learn from authentic instructors.


β˜€οΈ What’s in Store?

Start your Sunday with movement, meditation, and meaning. Here’s the flow of the day:

  1. Welcome & Introductions
  2. Qigong Breathing & Meditation
  3. Qigong Warm-Up + Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades)
  4. Tai Chi 24 Forms – Yang Style (Group Practice)
  5. Beginner Group: Review and learn new Level 1 Tai Chi forms
  6. Advanced Group: Weapon-specific training with instructor guidance
  7. Group Photo & Social Time

🧘 Weather permitting, we’ll also have an optional outdoor yoga session after the main practice.


🌱 What to Bring:

  • Reusable water bottle (refill station available)
  • Snacks to share (optional but always welcome)
  • Yoga mat (for meditation or yoga)
  • Most importantly: A big smile 😊
